ARTY PARTY: Photography Graduates 2024 at Melkweg Expo in Amsterdam

From September 21 to October 13, 2024, Melkweg Expo presented ARTY PARTY: Photography Graduates 2024, an exhibition showcasing the works of eight talented photography graduates. Selected by art professionals, their work explored diverse themes and visual narratives, highlighting fresh perspectives in contemporary photography. Among them was Echoes of Home by Lucy Azatyan, a film reflecting on identity, heritage, and displacement.

OFFSCREEN Exhibition in Utrecht

In collaboration with HKU Media and Studio Camera, AG presented OFFSCREEN, an exhibition that featured lens-based works by three HKU alumni and two HKU teachers. The exhibition showcased five cinematic installations, temporarily transforming AG's space and exploring the boundaries of film beyond traditional projections. The works challenged the viewer to experience narratives that break free from the screen and expand into the physical space.

OFFSCREEN was part of NFFx030 at the Netherlands Film Festival, held from September 20 to 27, 2024, in Utrecht.
